For years, the best jobs in the Somali Region were shared informally — in WhatsApp groups, on notice boards, or through friends of friends. Talented candidates missed opportunities. Honest employers received hundreds of unqualified messages. Scam “agencies” slipped in between.
Hubaal Global Jobs was built by a team of Somali engineers, HR professionals and community organisers who wanted a better way. We started by verifying local employers one by one, added a WhatsApp-first application flow so candidates never need a laptop, and built a small, secure platform where every listing can be trusted.
