Delete your account & data

This page explains how to permanently delete your Hubaal Global Jobs account (app ID app.lovable.hubaalglobaljobs) and every piece of personal data attached to it. Deletion is free, permanent and available to candidates, employers and partner organisations.
Option 1 — delete it yourself (instant)
Sign in to Hubaal Global Jobs
Open the app or website and sign in with the account you want to remove.
Open Profile
Tap the menu, then Profile. Scroll to the bottom to the Delete account section.
Confirm deletion
Tap Delete my account, type DELETE to confirm, then tap Permanently delete.
Done
Your account, files and records are erased immediately and you are signed out. There is no recovery period and no way to restore the data.
Option 2 — request deletion by email
If you can no longer sign in, email support@hubaaljobs.com from the address on your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We verify ownership of the address, then delete the account and confirm by reply.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials (email / Google identity)
- Your profile: name, phone, WhatsApp number, city, country, headline, bio, skills, experience level
- Your uploaded CV files and profile photo (removed from secure storage)
- Your CV text and AI CV analysis results (ATS score, extracted skills, suggestions)
- All your job applications, including cover letters and application status history
- Saved jobs, job alerts and alert preferences
- Messages, conversations and file attachments you sent
- Interview records linked to you
- In-app notifications, comments and reactions
- For employers: your company profile, job postings and verification requests
What we may retain
These records either contain no personal identifiers or are required for legal and anti-fraud purposes.
- Anonymised, aggregate statistics (for example total application counts) that contain no personal identifiers
- Security and audit records required to prevent fraud and abuse, with your user reference removed
- Records we are legally required to keep — retained no longer than required by applicable law
Note: if an employer already downloaded your CV after you applied to their job, that copy sits outside our systems. Contact the employer directly to have it removed.
Other privacy requests
